Abstract
We present one case with a metastasizing cervical teratoma in a newborn infant who died of respiratory failure due to extensive cervical tumor masses and multiple pulmonary tumor metastases. This case provides evidence that very rarely malignant behavior may occur in congenital cervical teratomas, the prenatal diagnosis of which may be important for any further therapeutic management.Entities:
