Abstract
Some 958 surgeons replied to a survey designed to determine the complications of abdominoplasties. The results appear in this paper. We believe that the patient contemplating an abdominoplasty and the surgeon planning it should be aware of the unpleasant reality of these complications, which range from the annoying to the lethal. It is of some solace, however, that despite the inevitability of readily visible scars, nearly all of these patients are quite satisfied with their results.Entities:
