Abstract
A 69-year-old female recently diagnosed as suffering from rheumatoid arthritis presented with a general flare-up of disease including a swollen left ankle. Investigation revealed the swelling to be due to a synovial sarcoma. This unusual cause should be considered in all cases of local joint flares in rheumatoid arthritis.Entities:
