Abstract
Three triterpenoid saponins 1-3 of the oleanane series, containing one fucose and two glucose units, were isolated from the MeOH extract of the roots of Bupleurum fruticosum. Their structures were elucidated by means of fabms and a combination of homo- and heteronuclear 2D nmr techniques. Two of the three saponins are new.Entities:
