Abstract
We report a case of primary pulmonary toxoplasmosis in an immunocompetent pregnant woman. Seroconversion did not occur until 2 weeks after detection of the parasite in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. It is suggested that toxoplasma infection should be considered in any atypical pneumonia in which the X-ray shows diffuse pulmonary infiltrates.Entities:
