Abstract
A 57-year-old man had a histologically proven giant blood cyst in the left ventricle. An encapsulated mobile cystic tumor (3 x 3 x 4 cm), which was attached to the anterolateral papillary muscle by a stalk, was successfully resected by a transaortic valve approach for preserving cardiac function.Entities:
