Lateral presentation of a Baker's cyst.

Abstract

Lateral presentation of a Baker's cyst occurred in a 27-year-old woman. The popliteal origin of the cyst was diagnosed by computed tomography and confirmed by surgery and histologic examination. Lateral presentation of a Baker's cyst is rare.
