Leiomyosarcoma of the colon: report of a case.

Abstract

A case of leiomyosarcoma of the colon is reported. Only 33 other cases have been reported. The course of the disease is insidious. The prognosis seems favorable. An attempt is made to stage the disease for better documentation and evaluation for the sake of better management.
