Abstract
To our knowledge these are the first three cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in heart transplant recipients. In one case the procedure was performed in the early posttransplant period. All three patients had uneventful postoperative outcomes and early hospital discharge. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy may be a safe alternative for elective cholecystectomy in heart transplant recipients.Entities:
