Abstract
Involuntary ingestion of 3 mg of aconitine induces in a young woman multifocal extrasystoles and alternating periods of sinusal rhythm and junctional arrhythmia. The rhythmogenetic abnormalities disappear spontaneously within two hours. The physiopathology of arrhymias due to aconitine is discussed.Entities:
