Abstract
A patient with a sudden onset of severe lupus erythematosus hypertrophicus et profundus was noted to have extensive serological abnormalities; in addition to antinuclear antibody, leukopenia, anaemia, decreased serum complement, abnormal renal function, and positive immunofluorescence, she also had antibodies against clotting factors.Entities:
