Abstract
A new technique of ET based on US-guided transmyometrial puncture has been performed in 104 cases. Thirty-eight patients conceived for a clinical PR of 36.5% per attempt. The use of this technique is proposed to overcome problems of difficult transfers because of cervical abnormalities. No serious complications were observed.Entities:
