Abstract
A 78-year-old man with a history of parathyroidectomy presented with hyperparathyroidism and tracheal obstruction. After excision of the mediastinal parathyroid cyst, his symptoms were completely relieved. The diagnosis, investigations, and management are discussed.Entities:
