Giant cell reparative granuloma of the base of the skull in a 4-month-old infant--CT findings.

Abstract

An unusual case of giant cell reparative granuloma of the base of the skull of a 4-month-old infant is described. Computerized tomography was useful in defining extent of the lesion and soft tissue abnormalities. Differential diagnosis with other giant cell lesions is discussed.
