Abstract
The approaches described in this article have resulted in an increased understanding of the reaction steps involved in the stabilization and assembly of the prothrombinase complex. Because prothrombinase is considered an archetype for some of the other coagulation complexes, the quantitative information derived from these studies (Table I) provides the framework for future studies of prothrombinase and suggests experimental approaches for studies of the other analogous coagulation reactions.Entities:
