Abstract
We report the successful treatment of an abscess in the corpus cavernosum of a paraplegic man on intracavernous papaverine injection therapy by means of percutaneous aspiration and intravenous antibiotics. After 3 months of intracavernous pharmacotherapy the patient experienced good erections again and only minimal fibrosis could be found on palpation.Entities:
