Abstract
Total nonpuerperal inversion of the uterus is rare. A case caused by a fundal leiomyoma is presented. It is the first reported case that included the complications of acute obstruction of the urethra from upper vaginal inversion and bilateral hydronephrosis from traction of the prolapsed inverted uterus on the distal ureters. The various complications and the management of the condition are discussed.Entities:
