Abstract
Cheyne-Stokes ventilation is often found in conjunction with heart failure. The pathogenesis is multifactorial and upper airway instability has been suggested to play a role. This report documents the conversion of Cheyne-Stokes ventilation during sleep to obstructive apnea after heart transplantation.Entities:
