Abstract
A pulmonary vein varix is a localized dilatation of a pulmonary vein that usually is asymptomatic, presenting as a mass on a chest roentgenogram. Pulmonary angiography has been the mainstay of diagnosis. This case is the first in which transesophageal echocardiography was used to diagnose pulmonary vein varix.Mesh:
