Abstract
A 39-year-old woman is reported who developed numerous confluent yellowish semitranslucent papules of the face over 8 months. The patient habitually exposed herself to UVA-radiation twice a week for 7 years for aesthetic reasons. Histological, histochemical and immunohistochemical examinations were consistent with the diagnosis of adult colloid milium. A review of the literature is discussed. This case emphasizes the close relationship between long-term sun exposure, solar elastosis and adult colloid milium.Entities:
