Abstract
A 62-year-old man with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection developed proliferative glomerulonephritis with IgM and C3 deposits. Electron microscopy showed HCV-like particles in the paramesangial dense deposits, which are similar in shape to HCV previously described. These findings suggest HCV-related proliferative glomerulonephritis.Entities:
