Abstract
A patient presented to our center with a 15-year history of medical, surgical and radiation treatment for a nonseminomatous germ cell tumor and contralateral seminoma. He experienced a cerebral infarction, which led to the diagnosis of an intracardiac tumor. The tumor was resected and found to be a mature teratoma. We discuss the diagnosis and management of this unusual metastatic nonseminomatous germ cell cancer.Entities:
