Abstract
An eccrine porocarcinoma originating in the lateral nailfold of the third finger of the right hand of a 77-year-old man is described. The tumor showed infiltrative growth into the bone of the distal phalanx. Eccrine porocarcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of periungual malignancies.Entities:
