Abstract
Mitogen-activated protein kinases are regulators of proliferation and differentiation in many eukaryotes. Studies during the last year have revealed that functionally distinct signal pathways in yeast use related protein kinase cascades for mitogen-activated protein kinase activation. These cascades act as intracellular signaling modules that are likely to be conserved from yeast to mammals.Entities:
