Abstract
This report present one case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the urachus, a very uncommon tumour with eccentric clinical behaviour. It includes a brief description of both its macro and microscopic appearance, establishing the differential diagnosis both with adenocarcinoma of the vesical dome and the metastatic tumours which can affect the bladder. Also, there is a brief comment on the main anatomo-clinical characteristics of these tumours.Entities:
