Abstract
A 52-year-old man presented with obstructive jaundice. Sonography of the liver disclosed dilatation of intrahepatic ducts in which multiple elongated intraluminal lesions were contained due to biliary ascariasis. A localized mass projecting into the common bile duct and causing its obstruction proved to be a coexistent cholangiocarcinoma.Entities:
