Abstract
The so-called Tolosa-Hunt syndrome consists of painful ophthalmoplegia caused by chronic nonspecific inflammation of the cavernous sinus and/or superior orbital fissure, responsive to steroid therapy. We present a case with the unusual feature of sellar erosion, in which angiography. CT and MRI suggested this idiopathic condition.Entities:
