Abstract
Fibroepithelial polyps are rare benign ureteral neoplasms of mesodermal origin, found mostly in the proximal ureter. Precisely in these cases, ureteroscopy is extremely important in diagnosis and therapy. We report on a case of a distal fibroepithelial polyp that was removed endoscopically. The base of the tumour was coagulated by laser.Entities:
