Abstract
Chondroitin sulfate/dermatan sulfate (CS/DS) hybrid polymers obtained from rat peritoneal resident macrophages were analyzed by the enzymatic method; CS/DS chains were digested by chondroitinase, and the resultant unsaturated disaccharides were determined by HPLC with fluorometric detection. CS/DS in the resident macrophages are constituted of Di-4S, Di-6S, Di-diSE, Di-diSB and Di-triS.Entities:
