Abstract
A 42-year-old woman and a 62-year-old man with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) had bilaterally mottled retinas with spots or clumps of pigment. Their electroretinographic responses were subnormal. Their fundi resembled those of patients with retinitis pigmentosa. The fundus lesions of our patients may have resulted from vascular occlusion associated with SLE.Entities:
