Abstract
There is a wide variation in the severity of median clefts of the lower lip and mandible. We report a severe case demonstrating clefts of the lower lip and mandible together with lack of supporting structures in the neck and upper sternum. Since a case with a cleft of the manubrium sterni is very rare, the literature is reviewed and discussed.Entities:
