Abstract
The applications of a method based on ion-pair solid-phase extraction and reversed-phase HPLC are reported. The method was used to measure paraquat concentrations in discrete brain areas at different times after its systemic administration in rats. In addition, the method was employed in the determination of paraquat levels in whole-brain samples from rats of various ages systemically treated with several doses of the herbicide.Entities:
