Abstract
Much of the initial attention in therapeutic studies for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has justifiably been focused on the severe forms of the disease such as diffuse proliferative glomerulonephritis or central nervous system manifestations. Unfortunately, to all forms of SLE, thereby submitting patients with more benign variants of lupus have been submitted to aggressive, toxic, and probably unnecessary treatments. The thesis of this article is that aggressive therapy is not always necessary for SLE.Entities:
