Abstract
Hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis is uncommon. We report the first case of pachymeningitis extending to the cerebral parenchyma (pachymeningoencephalitis) and involving the bone and extracranial soft tissue. The clinical features and pathogenesis are discussed.Entities:
