Abstract
A 57-year-old man with retinitis pigmentosa and subcapsular cataract had phacoemulsification with a continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and implantation of a poly(methyl methacrylate) intraocular lens. Six months later, the patient presented with blurred vision and severe anterior capsule fibrosis which led to complete posterior chamber lens encapsulation.Entities:
