Cardiomyopathy secondary to sinus tachycardia.

Abstract

We describe a case of cardiomyopathy resulting from a tachycardia of high-right atrial origin indistinguishable from sinus tachycardia. The symptoms and angiographic appearances improved dramatically with beta blockade.
