Abstract
Primary epididymal lymphoma is an unusual observation. Only 2 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the epididymis have been previously reported. We describe the clinical and pathologic features and management of a primary high-grade malignant lymphoma of the epididymis in which a tentative diagnosis of lymphoma was made on the basis of cytologic examination and immunochemical staining of the material obtained from an aspiration needle biopsy.Entities:
