Abstract
Two children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia undergoing chemotherapy had a special form of scabies characterized by fine scaling of the scalp simulating seborrheic dermatitis. Pruritus was mild or absent. Immunocompromised children and adults should receive whole-body and scalp antiscabietic treatment.Entities:
