Abstract
This is a follow-up report of three children who had partial splenectomy and are suffering from Gaucher's disease. A few years following partial splenectomy in every patient, the remaining spleen enlarged and hypersplenism reappeared; partial splenectomy did not prevent bone destruction if it already existed before partial splenectomy. Treatment with Ceredase parallel with partial splenectomy may have theoretical and practical advantages.Entities:
