Abstract
The author reviews the age distribution of cases of idiopathic cold agglutinin disease. The mean age in 183 cases is 61.9 years, 82.5% of the patients being between 50 and 90 years old. This means that idiopathic cold agglutinin disease must be considered a disease of old age.Entities:
