Abstract
Epilepsy rarely occurs in patients with hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP), and is not included in the description of the 'complicated' form of HSP by Harding. We report 3 patients with HSP in a family of two generations. Two of them also had epilepsy, mental retardation and hearing impairment. The disorder was inherited as an autosomal dominant trait.Entities:
