Abstract
Due to the difficulties in the diagnosis of ruptured splenic artery aneurysm in pregnancy both maternal and fetal mortality continue to be high. A case is presented of a 37 year old woman who ruptured a splenic artery aneurysm at 29 weeks gestation. The presentation of the disease, its risk factors and treatment, as well as a review of the literature are presented here.Entities:
