Abstract
Recurrent severe allograft rejection is an uncommon but difficult management problem in heart transplantation. Total lymphoid irradiation is now a recognized treatment modality when conventional therapy has failed. We describe an unusual complication of total lymphoid irradiation in a patient who had been treated with amiodarone for malignant arrhythmias before transplantation.Entities:
