Abstract
The natural history of incompletely clipped intracranial aneurysms is largely unknown. The authors present two cases of residual aneurysm filling after surgical clipping which were successfully managed by intravascular placement of platinum coils. Management of residual aneurysms and possible future role of transcatheter therapy are discussed.Entities:
