Abstract
A case of vertebral arteriovenous fistula (VAF) caused by an angiographic catheter during coronary angiography in a 30-year-old female is presented. The patient complained about a roaring noise in her left ear. Preoperative and postoperative angiographic verification of the lesion is presented. The patient was treated by a direct surgical trapping of the vertebral artery (VA) proximal and distal to the fistula.Entities:
