Abstract
Two patients who had urinary fistulas after laparoscopic hysterectomy are described. In both cases the ureters were dissected free and the uterus was freed laparoscopically. Injury to the urinary tract occurred during transvaginal closure of the vaginal cuff. Preventative strategies are discussed.Entities:
