Abstract
Warfarin-induced skin necrosis is a rare but potentially devastating complication of oral anticoagulation. In this article the historical, clinical, and pathophysiologic features of this hypercoagulable event are reviewed, and recommendations for prevention and treatment are discussed.Entities:
