Abstract
A case of unilateral giant hydronephrosis containing about 20 litres of old haemorrhagic fluid, clinically simulating massive ascites, is reported. The role of preceding abdominal trauma in the pathogenesis and the rapidity of the disease process is discussed.Entities:
