Abstract
Localized pigmented villonodular synovitis is a rare condition of the knee that can present with symptoms suggesting internal derangement. We report a case of a patient who presented with signs and symptoms of a loose body in the knee. The lesion was treated with resection using arthroscopic cautery.Entities:
