Abstract
A 28-year-old homosexual man, previously healthy, presented with an acute abdomen on the fifth day of his crack binge. Abdominal free air was demonstrated by radiographic studies. Exploratory laparotomy discovered a clean, ulcer-free, pyloric perforation. This unusual case underscores the possibility of a life-threatening visceral perforation after cocaine use.Entities:
